Max Verstappen has shared a clip of his training for the new F1 season and it looks painful

The new Formula 1 season is approaching at a pace now and the drivers will be getting themselves ready for the new campaign by really upping their training at this point.

The new cars are getting unveiled for 2022 over the course of this month, with testing taking place at the back end of February and in mid-March, before we go racing later on next month in Bahrain.

Indeed, now is the time for the drivers to really be upping their preparations for the new campaign now that they have had their rest and their holidays, and Max Verstappen appears to be working himself particularly hard.

The Dutch superstar is the defending world champion for the upcoming season and will be desperate to hold onto the crown.
