Matt Grimes reacts to Swansea City’s historic South Wales derby win over Cardiff City

Swansea City made South Wales derby history on Saturday when they beat Cardiff City 4-0 on their travels, becoming the first of the two teams to complete a league double in the fixture.

Grimes took to Instagram to express his emotions after the game.
