Matalan shoppers obsessed with 'wedding-guest ready' dress that's only £25.50

As we approach 'wedding season', Matalan shoppers say they've found the perfect dress if you're watching your loved ones get hitched this summer. Customers have been leaving rave reviews on 'elegant' midaxi dress - and it's only £25.50.

The high street retailer is best-known for it's stylish clothing, homeware and accessories at an affordable price, and though customers may not have considered it to be the first place to look for a wedding guest get-up, Liverpool Echo reports shoppers have been swooning over the 'beautiful' number.

Originally £34, the Et Vous Yellow Chiffon Wrap Midaxi Dress is on sale in stores and online for £25.50. The item has an average rating of 4.33 out of five stars on its website.

Styled in a bright yellow tone, it features an all-over flower print and a sophisticated wrap design in a soft chiffon material to help avoid unwanted creases.

One happy customer said: "Bought this dress some weeks ago for my holiday it is really nice on, I am 5ft-9ins tall & it comes just above my ankle. It hangs beautifully when on, with a lovely scalloped hem. Gorgeous material".
