Mason Greenwood not included in Manchester United squad on FIFA 23 as ratings revealed

Manchester United striker Mason Greenwood doesn't feature on EA Sports' FIFA 23.

EA Sports' latest, and last, FIFA-branded football simulation game will be released on Friday, September 30. Ahead of the launch of the game both in the UK and worldwide, EA Sports have revealed the full FIFA 23 Manchester United squad list, complete with confirmed FIFA 23 Ultimate Team player ratings.

But United striker Greenwood isn't included in the club's confirmed squad list on the game and is missing from EA Sports' FIFA 23 player rating database, confirming his absence from the game. The forward was removed from last year's edition of the game on February 1.

Greenwood remains on bail following a court hearing after his arrest on suspicion of rape, sexual assault and threats to kill. The 20-year-old was first arrested on suspicion of rape and assault on Sunday, January 30, following allegations he was violent towards a woman. The footballer was then further arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and threats to kill.

On Thursday, June 23, a hearing was held in court over the footballer's bail position. A statement issued by Greater Manchester Police said that his bail remains.

The statement said: "Following a hearing yesterday (Thursday, June 23), a 20-year-old man arrested on suspicion of rape, assault and making threats to kill on Sunday 30 January 2022 remains on bail.

"As the outcome of bail reviews does not impact the progression of investigations, Greater Manchester Police will not be providing any further updates in relation to this case until the suspect is charged or released facing no further action."

United confirmed on Sunday, January 30 that the 20-year-old will not be training or playing for the club until further
