Marvel's Avengers: New Hero Confirmed

Square Enix has confirmed a brand new hero for Marvel’s Avengers and it’s straight from the upcoming Thor Love and Thunder movie. 

After a not so great launch and a pretty average release of Spider Man on PlayStation 5 (he was released as a PlayStation exclusive playable character in November 2021), Square Enix has announced a new character from the upcoming Thor Love and Thunder film. 

The Marvel franchise has been huge in the cinema, and is ever expanding, so it is good to see them expand the gaming world to.

With such a huge fan base, everyone will be wanting to know whats going on. Here’s everything currently known about Marvel’s Avengers newest hero Jane Foster: The Mighty Thor.

The developers have been pretty generous in terms of playable charaters and Marvel’s Avengers features some of the most promiennt hereos from the Marvel universe.

While Square Enix has added new heros often, it hasn’t quite resonated with the community. However, to lure both existing and new players, Marvel’s Avengers will soon be welcoming Jane Foster: The Mighty Thor from the Thor Love and Thunder movie.

In a recent development update, Square Enix shared its plans to bring Jane Foster to the game. Square Enix said:

“Our Hero designs are driven first and foremost by their core comic book identities, so, as a fellow wielder of Mjolnir, her suite of abilities will have a lot in common with the Odinson’s, however she will also have elements that are distinctly Jane.” 

She will also be the first new character since Spider-Man in November 2021. As per the devs, Jane Foster will have her unique set of abilites and will be completely new hero from the ground up.
