Manhunt for serial flasher hunted who is banned from children's playgrounds
Police have launched a manhunt for a serial flasher who is banned from a town's children's playgrounds. In May this year Dana Mustapha was jailed for a spate of disturbing incidents in Warrington involving threats and public indecency.
Now Cheshire Constabulary has issued an appeal to find him as he is wanted on recall to prison for breaching his licence conditions after being released. They have warned the public not to approach him.
In one incident Mustapha asked a woman for a cigarette and then removed his penis from his trousers and performed a sex act on himself. Warrington Magistrates’ Court heard how the woman ‘burst out laughing’ at the scene and told him that both her dogs had a bigger penis than him. This caused him to 'run away with hurt pride', the court heard.

Mustapha also loitered outside a business over a period of months and used to stare at the owner and customers through the window, the court was told. On one occasion, he unbuttoned his jeans and exposed him for 'sexual thrill' and urinated in the street, in full view of the business, twice.
Mustapha, of Warrington, Cheshire, was charged with three counts of exposure. He also faced counts of threatening behaviour, assault by beating and two of harassment, one of which put the victim in fear of violence.
He pleaded not guilty to
