Manchester United youngster Maximillian Oyedele training with Doncaster Rovers first-team

Manchester United youngster Maximillian Oyedele is currently training with Doncaster Rovers' first-team.

The Manchester Evening News understands Oyedele, 17, is training with Doncaster as part of United's ‘Pro Experience Programme’, which gives academy youngsters the opportunity to take part in regular first-team training away from the club.

Ahead of training with Doncaster, Oyedele trained with United's first-team at Carrington last Wednesday morning.

Oyedele appeared in all of the Under-18s' matches in the successful FA Youth Cup campaign last season and he played in the final of that competition against Nottingham Forest, in front of a record-breaking 67,000 crowd at Old Trafford.

The youngster notably made his international debut for Poland U18s last term and he signed his first professional deal at United in May. Salford-born Oyedele is also eligible to play for both Nigeria and England at international level.

Elsewhere, academy youngster Jack Kingdon played for non-league Altrincham this week, aged just 16. The centre-back started for Altrincham against Sandbach in the Cheshire Senior Cup on Tuesday in a 4-0 victory.

Kingdon also represented Scotland's U18s last month.
