Manchester United vs Tottenham LIVE early team news and how to watch Premier League clash

Hello and welcome to our live coverage of Manchester United's Premier League clash with Tottenham at Old Trafford.

United head into the contest in fine form having won all three of their games since Michael Carrick took caretaker charge following the sacking of Ruben Amorim. The Reds have climbed into the top four of the table as a result and a win today will move within two points of Aston Villa in third ahead of the rest of the weekend action.

Carrick must decide whether to start Benjamin Sesko in attack after he scored a dramatic late winner against Fulham last time out. The Slovenian striker has been on the bench for all of Carrick's games in charge so far but will be pushing for a start.

United remain without Patrick Dorgu and Matthijs de Ligt while Mason Mount is also expected to miss today's clash. Kick off at Old Trafford is 12.30pm and you can follow all the build-up, reaction, action and analysis on the blog so stay with us.

There is only really one selection debate here for me, and we'll come to that in a bit. Working from the back, it's a defence that picks itself at the moment. Maguire and Martinez have got an excellent partnership going and Dalot and Shaw are the first-choice full-backs.

It will be interesting to see if Casemiro can play both games this week, but he will definitely start this one, with Mainoo next to him to continue a midfield partnership that has offered a really encouraging balance.

Fernandes is the No.10 and I would stick with a front three of Amad, Mbeumo and Cunha. That is a little harsh on Sesko, but I would tell him he will be needed off the bench and he starts against West Ham.
