Manchester United can win their second game in a week against Southampton at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.

United responded to the Anfield debacle in the perfect fashion against Real Betis in the Europa League on Thursday, when defeating the Spanish club 4-1 thanks to goals from Marcus Rashford, Antony, Bruno Fernandes and Wout Weghorst.

Erik ten Hag was delighted with the response and the Dutchman's attention will now return to the Premier League, as Southampton, who have already sacked two managers this season, are set to visit Old Trafford this weekend.

Ruben Selles has been appointed as the Saint's interim manager until the end of the season and his side, who have won just six games in the Premier League this term, are rooted to the bottom of the table in the relegation zone.

Regarding the team news, Anthony Martial returned to full training at Carrington just a day before the Real Betis game and he could return to the matchday squad, whilst Marcel Sabitzer could return after sustaining a knock.
