Manchester United transfer news RECAP with Jadon Sancho latest as Carabao Cup draw confirmed

Manchester United kicked off their Carabao Cup defence with a 3-0 win against Crystal Palace at Old Trafford on Tuesday night.

Mount was replaced at half-time, prompting brief concerns the he may have reaggravated his recent injury, but Ten Hag confirmed post-match that his withdrawal was pre-planned.

Away from United's progress in the Carabao Cup, Jadon Sancho had us guessing once again yesterday after he deactivated his Instagram account.
