Manchester United booked their place in the quarter-finals of the Europa League with a 1-0 win over Real Betis in the second leg of their last-16 tie in Spain last night.

A stunning second-half effort from Marcus Rashford was enough to clinch a hard-fought win for Erik ten Hag's men, meaning they won the tie 5-1 on aggregate. After a slow and uninspiring first-half showing, the Reds were much improved after the break, displaying the control that Ten Hag is so often looking for.

It means that their hopes of clinching a famous treble this season are still alive and they will discover their quarter-final opponents this lunchtime. As well as the draw for the last-eight taking place at 12pm, the semi-final draw will also be conducted.

United, however, will now switch their focus to Sunday's FA Cup quarter-final against Fulham at Old Trafford. The Reds are just one victory away from a second Wembley visit of the season and will be determined not to let the opportunity slip between their fingers.
