With just over three weeks remaining in the transfer window, Manchester United are scrambling to make late additions to the squad.

United are also considering a €68million (£57.5m) bid for Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. The 27-year-old is contracted to Lazio until 2024 and the Serie A club have been seeking a buyer for the Serbia international for some time.

However, the club have moved no closer to adding a forward after pulling out of a move for Marko Arnautovic and missing out on Benjamin Sesko to RB Leipzig.
