Manchester United to make 'one last bid' for Antony and other transfer rumours

Manchester United are reportedly working on 'one last bid' to bring Antony to Old Trafford.

According to talkSPORT, United are trying to convince the Brazilian that a move to Manchester would be the best thing for his career. After scoring for Ajax at the weekend, Antony commented on Erik ten Hag's potential interest in him.

He said: "Will Ten Hag call me? No idea.

"He has to discuss this with my agents, I'm focused on here. What will come will come, we will see.

"I feel good at Ajax, I give everything for this club, every minute. So I am loving this city and this club."

Antony is a 'big target' for Erik ten Hag this summer as United look to improve their attacking options. Elsewhere, reports have suggested that Weston McKennie would welcome a move to the Reds.

Sky Sports Deutschland via Football Italia claims that the Juventus man would be keen on a move to Old Trafford. MEN Sport understands that the Reds have contacted Real Madrid over the possibility of signing Casemiro.

Reports elsewhere have suggested that the Brazilian is keen on the 'professional challenge' of trying to win the Premier League. However, it would seem that according to Sky, McKennie is being sounded out as another option.

The report does claim though that Juventus would be unwilling to let the American leave the club. McKennie made 29 appearances for Juve last season.
