Manchester United predicted line-up vs Liverpool as Erik ten Hag faces three key decisions

Manchester United will be looking to bounce back from their dramatic collapse against Chelsea when they host rivals Liverpool on Sunday.

Erik ten Hag's side saw their hopes of qualifying for next season's Champions League all but end on Thursday, after throwing away a 3-2 lead to lose 4-3 against the Blues in stoppage time. United are now nine points off fifth-placed Tottenham and remain 11 off Aston Villa in fourth.

Sunday's fixture at OId Trafford comes just three weeks after United's thrilling 4-3 win over Jurgen Klopp's side in the FA Cup quarter-finals. Ten Hag's team may have little to play for in the league now but denting their rival's title charge should bring a sense of motivation.

Defensive injuries remain a serious concern for United with both Raphael Varane and Jonny Evans substituted through injury against Mauricio Pochettino's team. Willy Kambwala played reasonably week when replacing Evans and at this stage, it appears likely that he will start on Sunday.

Elsewhere, Casemiro looked laboured in midfield against Chelsea with the Brazilian replaced with 15 minutes remaining. Ten Hag confirmed in his post-match press conference that they were forced to take the 32-year-old off and he now faces a race to be fit for Liverpool.

Scott McTominay replaced Casemiro on Thursday so don't be surprised if he starts against Klopp's team, having done so in the FA Cup clash between the two teams.
