Manchester United have six options to replace Raphael Varane including £80m transfer

Manchester United have a lot of decisions to make as they ponder over the future of manager Erik ten Hag.

MEN Sport understands that United are interested in Brathwaite. Our colleagues at the Daily Star claim Everton will demand around £80million for the England international who has three years left on his current contract. United however are said to value the centre-back at closer to £60m with Sir Jim Ratcliffe not prepared to pay over the odds.

MEN Sport's Isaac Seelochan says: Branthwaite has enjoyed an excellent season at the Toffees but United will be wary of the reported transfer fee having been in a similar position when they signed Harry Maguire from Leicester in 2019.
