Manchester United give team news for Bournemouth as injury blow confirmed
Manchester United will be without Victor Lindelof for this weekend's game against Bournemouth in the Premier League, although Raphael Varane will be available for selection again.
Lindelof started in the 2-1 win against Chelsea on Wednesday night, but he was replaced at half-time by Sergio Reguilon and he's set to miss Bournemouth's visit to Old Trafford. Luke Shaw moved to centre-back when Lindelof was replaced and he could play there this weekend over Varane, who was absent in midweek with a sore back.
Varane has slipped down the defensive pecking order this season and he's started just one of the last 12 games, with Jonny Evans, Lindelof and Shaw being preferred alongside Harry Maguire in defence.

Erik ten Hag has explained Varane's omissions from starting teams has been due to 'tactical reasons' and the MEN revealed this week that he wants to stay beyond the closure of the January transfer window.
The return of Amad, who hasn't been a single minute this season after sustaining a knee injury in pre-season, is another injury boost for United and the youngster could be part of the matchday squad.
Mason Mount could also be available for selection for the first time since suffering a calf strain at the end of November. The midfielder has done light individual work on grass and is nearing a return.
Lisandro Martinez (foot), Tyrell Malacia (knee), Casemiro (hamstring) and Christian Eriksen (knee) remain sidelined with injuries.
