Manchester United fans send Erik ten Hag clear transfer window demand after Wolves win

Manchester United returned to winning ways in the Premier League with a 2-0 victory against Wolves at Old Trafford.

United are seeking to confirm qualification for next season's Champions League and they took another step towards securing that with the three points against the West Midlands side. Anthony Martial put United ahead in the first half after being found in the box by Antony.

United eventually put the result beyond doubt in second half injury time. Bruno Fernandes slipped in substitute Garnacho and the teenager fired home off the post to secure the points for Erik ten Hag's side.

It marked a return to winning ways for United after successive losses in the Premier League to Brighton & Hove Albion and West Ham United. Erik ten Hag's side are four points clear now of fifth-placed Liverpool and level on points with third-placed Newcastle United, with the Magpies ahead of them on goal difference only.

After the game, United fans took to Twitter to have their say on the victory and, in particular, send a clear transfer window demand for this summer. It appears the consensus among supporters is that United need further striking reinforcements looking ahead to next season.
