Manchester United fans and Erik ten Hag both made their point to Sir Jim Ratcliffe

Manchester United produced a vintage comeback as they overturned a two-goal deficit to defeat Aston Villa in the Premier League on Boxing Day.

Unai Emery's side deservedly led by two goals at the break before Alejandro Garnacho drew the sides level with a brilliant brace and Rasmus Hojlund netted his first domestic goal to finally break his duck.

United's win lifted them back up to sixth in the table and here are the main talking points from what was another memorable night at Old Trafford.

United fans send message to Ratcliffe

Sir Dave Brailsford might have been in attendance last night, but that didn't stop the anti-Glazer chants from getting an early rendition from the Old Trafford faithful.

A sizeable section of the fanbase is still unhappy that there is any Glazer involvement at all with the club and will, rightfully, remain sceptical of the promised changes until they see the real evidence for themselves.
