Manchester United confirm Erik ten Hag's first home game as manager

Erik ten Hag will take charge of Manchester United at Old Trafford for the first time on Sunday, July 31 after the club confirmed their final pre-season friendly of the summer.

United will finish their pre-season preparations with a friendly against La Liga side Rayo Vallecano, with a 4pm kick-off time. The game will come just a week before the new Premier League season begins.

The fixture against the side that finished 12th in La Liga last season comes just a day after United play Atletico Madrid in Oslo and the Old Trafford fixture is seen as an opportunity to make sure all of Ten Hag's squad are getting minutes during pre-season.
