Manchester United 2023/2024 away shirt 'leaked' as fans get first look at bold sleeve design

A new image of Manchester United's supposed away shirt for the 2023/2024 season has been leaked online, with fans getting a first look at the bold long-sleeve design.

United's new home kit was unveiled at the end of last month, with Erik ten Hag's squad wearing the famous red shirt for the first time in Wednesday's 2-0 friendly win against Leeds in Oslo. The design for that shirt was accurately covered in online leaks in the weeks prior to release.

Multiple pictures of the away shirt have been spotted online, with Adidas seeming to choose a striped design which is predominantly dark green with cream and red detailing.

The shirt has already divided opinion among fans and the latest snapshot, uploaded on Twitter by ForbiddenShirts, has shown next season's long-sleeve option for the first time.

The picture shows Reds defender Luke Shaw modelling the kit in what looks to be a promotional shot. But eyes are naturally drawn to the sleeve in which the striped design is taken to another level, with green and white covering its entirety from below the sleeve sponsor.

At this stage, an official release date for the away has not been revealed but United head to the United States for their pre-season tour next week so it will likely be unveiled before or during that tour.
