Manchester Pride 2025 LIVE Sunday updates as Nelly Furtado and Olly Alexander headline festival

Following a jam-packed day on Saturday featuring a parade of colour and joy and some music from big name performers, Manchester Pride is back today for a third day of fun.

The annual LGBTQ+ festival, which is one of the biggest of its kind outside of London, is expected to be attended by more 100,000 people across four days. The event began on Friday and continues until Monday.

Today will see big name performances from headliners Olly Alexander and Nelly Furtado, who was only just recently announced following months of suspense and speculation over who the top secret performer could be.

Both will take to the stage at the new Mardi Gras ticketed area, which is located not far away from the Gay Village at Depot Mayfield. The stage will also host the likes of Tulisa, DJ Paulette, Banksie and Kulture Cabaret throughout the day.

Over in the Gay Village, the ticketed Gay Village Party will see Sister Sledge featuring Kathy Sledge, Danny Beard, Gina Breeze and Ginny Lemon's Dog Show amongst those gracing the stage.

Bars and venues across the Gay Village will also be hosting their own events and shows, with plenty of surprises along the way. There will also be food traders and stalls to peruse throughout all of the action.
