Manchester bar to serve Spanish bottomless brunch with ‘free-flowing’ sangria and mimosas

A popular bar and restaurant in the city centre will be serving up a Spanish-themed bottomless brunch with a range of exciting breakfast dishes as well as ‘free-flowing’ sangria and mimosas.

The Beeswing, located within the Kampus neighbourhood on Minshull Street, will be serving its Domingo brunch every Sunday featuring a range of classic Spanish dishes, including Shakshuka, Iberico-style eggs benedict and filled tortillas.

Since opening in July 2022, the wine bar, which is run by co-founders Anna Tutton and Joe Maddock, has gained a firm following for its vast drinks menu - spanning wines from across the globe, including Georgia, Lebanon and Greece as well as France and Italy.

The venue also serves a menu of Mediterranean and North African-influenced tapas-style small plates, and recently announced it was partnering up with the owners of the recently-closed Levanter in Ramsbottom on a new menu concept.

For £35 per person, the Domingo brunch will allow diners to choose one dish from a selection of Spanish brunch meals - which also includes Spanish tomato bread and chorizo, chickpea and romesco eggs - as well as enjoying a 'free-flowing' selection of Bloody Mary cocktails, sangria, Mimosas or Estrella Lager.

Those wanting to upgrade the experience even further can enjoy bottomless red or white wine, Cava, Espresso Martinis, Cloudwater beer, Track beer, or Passionfruit Martinis for an extra £10.
