Man Utd, Liverpool & West Ham feature: Worst Premier League XI of opening weekend

The Premier League is finally back.

It’s been a long summer without any English top-flight football to keep us entertained but the 2022/23 campaign is now underway.

Another defender who will be disappointed with his debut. Carlos cost Aston Villa £26 million but couldn’t stop his side from falling to a 2-0 loss. He lost possession 20 times during the defeat.

CB: Marc Guehi – 5.49

Guehi scored an own goal as Palace lost 2-0 to Arsenal on Friday night. He only won one of his seven duels and was
