Man Utd fan’s video featuring Ronaldo, Sancho & Pawson goes viral after Newcastle draw
Manchester United were held to a 0-0 draw by Newcastle United at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.
However, there were several controversial incidents over the course of the 90 minutes.
United felt that should have been awarded two penalties after fouls inside the penalty area on Cristiano Ronaldo and Jadon Sancho.
The Red Devils put the ball in the net early in the second half through Ronaldo, but the 37-year-old’s goal was disallowed.
Ronaldo and his teammates argued that the ball was in play because Newcastle’s Fabian Schar passed the ball backwards to goalkeeper Nick Pope.
However, referee Craig Pawson gave Newcastle the benefit of the doubt, presuming Schar was passing the ball back for Pope to take the free-kick, and subsequently booked Ronaldo for his opportunistic attempt to score.

United also spurned a couple of golden opportunities to wrap up all three points. Marcus Rashford won’t have slept well on after missing a close-range header in the dying seconds.
Erik ten Hag’s side currently sit fifth in the Premier League table after Sunday’s stalemate but already find themselves 11 points behind league-leaders Arsenal.
In the aftermath of the Newcastle game, a fan-made video has gone viral on Twitter, titled: “We can't keep having this in the biggest league in the world”.
The video shows all the controversial incidents from Sunday’s game at Old Trafford and ends with accusations that the match official winked at fans after the final whistle.
