Speaking to Wolverhampton Wanderers' official channels, their manager Vitor Pereira has hinted that his club are willing to sell Matheus Cunha for the right price. "I hope we can do good work together because to move forward and to make the next step, we don’t need millions and millions, we need to have intelligence — find players with the profile that we need," the 56-year-old said.
"If we find the right players and we create the right spirit in the small town with these people, it’s easier. The club will move forward to build a strong team, for sure, with Cunha or without Cunha.

What MEN Sport says: Wolves seem resigned to the fact that there is a strong chance that Cunha will leave the club in the summer. Having recently signed a new contract with the £62.5m release clause attached and four years remaining on said deal, it seems likely that United will need to pay the full release clause to capture the forward.
