Man United receive three early team news hints ahead of crucial Brentford clash

Manchester United winger Antony is one of three players to hint at their inclusion in today's Premier League clash with Brentford at Old Trafford.

The Reds head into the home game with pressure firmly on the shoulders of manager Erik ten Hag. The Dutchman has overseen United's worst ever start to a Premier League campaign, and during the international break, the speculation was that he could be on his way out of the club.

However, Ten Hag fired back at the 'fairytales' being written about his future at the club and insisted that the long-term plan is being followed by everyone inside the club. That being said, there was also an admission that results must improve quickly with United languishing in 14th.

The visit of Brentford represents an opportunity to get back on track in the Premier League, and three players have hinted they could have a hand in working towards that cause. The trio of Antony, Alejandro Garnacho and Diogo Dalot all posted matchday graphics on their Instagram feeds on Friday night.

While this may seem innocuous, players who are normally set to feature in some capacity post these graphics to alert fans and family back home that they are likely to feature. While Garnacho and Dalot's involvement is expected, Antony would be a surprise inclusion.

The Brazilian has been out of favour so far this season and has yet to start a game in the Premier League for Ten Hag. Antony has just two substitute appearances to his name in the top flight and his only start came in the 7-0 thrashing of Barnsley in the Carabao Cup, where he scored from the penalty spot.
