Man City star Jack Grealish ramps up training programme as he sends fresh message to Pep Guardiola

Jack Grealish ramped up his summer personal training schedule ahead of a return to Manchester City next week.

Grealish, who dropped out of City's first-choice attack last season and was then left out of England's Euro 2024 squad this summer, has a point to prove in 2024/25. He has been a vocal supporter of England throughout the Euros having been initially included in their wider training squad before Gareth Southgate trimmed it down to 26 players.

The winger will have watched England reach the Euro 2024 final on Wednesday night from Portugal, where he has been holidaying recently, but did not offer any reaction on social media this time.

And on Thursday, he continued to show his summer training regime by posting a series of images and videos from a personal training session in the sun.

Grealish is set to return to Manchester this weekend ahead of pre-season training beginning on Monday. After his omission from the Euros, he is one of the more high-profile names in a trimmed-down squad that Pep Guardiola will take to the USA next week.

He has previously posted photos of himself training at the City Football Academy, during an England game at the start of the Euros. He will now want to show both Guardiola and Southgate that he has listened to their feedback in recent months and is putting the work in to start the season in the best shape possible.
