Man City player ratings as Rodri and Julian Alvarez seal Champions League comeback

Ederson: An excellent block in the first half and then a ridiculous Cruyff turn 30 yards from goal that reminded you of the high wire that he plays on. 7

Walker: The formation meant he didn't get as forward as often but he still showed his newly-discovered attacking quality. 8

Dias: Had his hands full with the pace of Bukari and was skinned for the goal but still got the best of the duel. 7

Ake: Composed on the ball and popped up in good attacking areas to cause the opposition problems. 7

Gomez: A surprise start at left-back but held his own and fizzed in some cracking balls into the box. 7

Rodri: One of City's biggest threats going forward and took his goal very well. 8

Foden: An excellent game swarming all across the forward line, but let himself down with the final pass or shot. 7

Haaland: Missed a number of very good chances, as he did on Saturday. Nottingham Forest should be worried. 6
