'Man City, here we come' - Liverpool fans issue Premier League title race threat

Liverpool fans believe that the Premier League title race is well and truly back on after they cut the gap to Manchester City to one point.

Goals from Diogo Jota and Roberto Firmino against Arsenal ensured that the Reds moved to one point behind Manchester City. Liverpool also have a greater goal difference advantage of five which could come in handy at the end of the season.

The victory for Jurgen Klopp's side saw them take advantage of City dropping points on Monday night. Having already lost once to Crystal Palace this season, Pep Guardiola's side were frustrated in the capital.

Patrick Viera's men were able to grind out a 0-0 draw leaving Liverpool with the opportunity to move within touching distance. Both the Reds and City are both in FA Cup action at the weekend before an international break puts league proceedings on pause.
