Man City dream scenario as Kalvin Phillips transfer decided

Kalvin Phillips is wanted by a trio of Premier League clubs as Manchester City continue to work on an exit strategy for the midfielder.

Phillips saw game time at centre back for City during their pre season tour but was back on the bench for the Community Shield success against Manchester United. The England international is set to leave the Etihad this summer but it remains to be seen if any interested club will stump up an acceptable fee or if City have to settle for a loan switch.
