Man City ace Erling Haaland sends Arsenal six-word Premier League title race warning

Erling Haaland has issued a warning to Arsenal as Manchester City try to pip their rivals to the Premier League title.

Saturday night saw City record a 5-1 win over Wolves in the Premier League clash at the Etihad Stadium. Haaland scored four goals in the win, including a first-half hat-trick as well as two of his goals coming from the penalty spot, to take his tally for the season up to 25 in the Premier League and 36 in all competitions.

Julian Alvarez was also on the scoresheet for City as they narrowed the gap to Arsenal at the top of the league table back to just one point. City still have a game in hand over the Gunners in the title race, which comes against Tottenham Hotspur later this month.

City now have three Premier League fixtures remaining this season to try and beat Arsenal to the title. Pep Guardiola's side also have the FA Cup final against Manchester United later this month at Wembley Stadium to look forward to.

Haaland gave a post-match interview where he outlined his motivations to continue scoring goals. In his answer, the City striker pointed to the importance of focusing on next weekend's clash against Fulham, while also sending a warning to Arsenal in the title race as he declared, 'we're going to go for it'.

He told Sky Sports: "I've got a not-so-bad manager who pushes me, and look at the players around me. I've said it so many times before, without them it would not be possible.
