Man breached court order by turning up at woman's house before touching himself

A man repeatedly breached a court order which banned him from going to a woman's house and then touched himself in front of her.

Priestly Cleworth, 29, was made the subject of a non molestation order last year, but repeatedly turned up at the woman’s house in order to do drugs. However, on two occasions he told her that he needed to ‘t**s himself off’, and despite her protestation, he proceeded to do so.

Much to her detest, he turned up again, but at this point she called the police. When the police arrived, he told them her performed a sex act on himself.

Cleworth, of Birch Lane, Longsight, admitted two offences of exposure and three offences of breaching a non molestation order. Today (April 1) he was handed a three year community order at Manchester Crown Court.

She said it was a ‘disgusting thing for someone to have done’, and said she felt ‘frozen’ and ‘scared of him’. “She said you ruined her life” Judge Timothy Smith said.

Antony Longworth, prosecuting, said Cleworth was not permitted to visit the woman. But last year, he turned up and said: “What would you do if I needed to t**s myself off?”

“She said it wasn’t right, he then said he needed to do that and he proceeded to do that. He sat in the same room as her and (performed a sex act) until he appeared to complete what he was doing,” Mr Longworth said.

A few days later he showed up again and did the same act in her presence. Then a few days after that she rang her brother and said she needed help after Cleworth turned up again. Her brother told her to keep him there, and she persuaded him to stay but he was ‘growling at her’. As the police turned up, he then confessed.
