"Major changes at the Emirates" - Journalist drops big Arsenal claim ahead of potential "boost"

“Major changes” are expected at Arsenal this summer, according to journalist Pete O’Rourke.

Three players are out of contract in north London at the end of the season, while several others have been heavily linked away from the Emirates.

Arsenal’s fortunes in their final seven fixtures might affect their summer transfer plans, but an overhaul of players could still take place regardless of what European competition they’re playing in.

He told GIVEMESPORT: “It seems like there will be major changes at the Emirates. Obviously Champions League football will be a huge boost to their transfer plans.

“If they can finish in the top four and qualify for the Champions League it would give them more money to spend and help them attract better quality of players.

“I think Arteta will be busy again. He has called on the club to make more forays into the transfer market this summer.”
