Maguire challenge fades at Queen City Championship
A disappointing third-round 73 saw Leona Maguire slip down the leaderboard at the Queen City Championship in Cincinnati, 10 shots adrift of leader Ally Ewing.
A second-round 67 had left the Cavan woman just half a dozen shots off the top of the standings, but she couldn't replicate that form with a one-over-par round leaving her in a tie for 18th on six-under.

Stephanie Meadow, who made the cut by two shots, is a further shot back after her best round of the tournament. A 71 moved her to five-under-par.
American Ewing is the woman to catch however.
A round of 67 means she begins Sunday with a single shot lead over Maria Fassi, with China’s Lin Xi Yu a further shot back on 14-under-par.
