A broken down vehicle caused heavy traffic on the M4. The incident caused congestion westbound between junction 33 A4232 (Cardiff West And Services) to junction 34 A4119 (Miskin).
Traffic monitoring agency Inrix was reporting that there was congestion to Culverhouse Cross from the A4232. There were also reports of delays of around 13 minutes nearby on the A4232 westbound between the B4267 Leckwith Road (Leckwith Interchange) and junction 33 (Cardiff West And Services).
