M4 delays on hottest day of the year with drivers stuck in cars - live
There are major delays on the M4 as thousands of fans head to Cardiff for the Foo Fighters gig. There were already delays of 50 minutes heading westbound after the Prince of Wales bridge when a broken-down vehicle added to the congestion.
One lane is closed westbound between junction 24 Coldra and junction 25 Caerleon as emergency services deal with the vehicle. It comes on what has been officially named the hottest day of the year in south Wales with highs of 26C.
Thousands of Foo Fighter fans are heading to the Welsh capital for tonight's gig at the Principality Stadium.
