Logan Paul uses Floyd Mayweather anniversary to hint at boxing return

Logan Paul has used his previous showdown with Floyd Mayweather to hint at a return to the boxing ring.

While he’s dabbled in the sport of boxing in the past, Logan Paul isn’t best known for his combat sports exploits – at least not in comparison to his brother Jake.

‘The Problem Child’ currently sits at 5-0 in his pro career and with knockout wins over the likes of Tyron Woodley and Ben Askren, it’s not hard to understand why his star power has gone through the roof in the last couple of years.

Logan, meanwhile, has one professional fight to his name from his rematch against KSI. That followed on from their amateur collision and preceded an exhibition bout in summer 2021 with one of the greatest of all time, Floyd Mayweather.

There was no official scoring in place for the fight but the majority of fans and pundits alike felt as if Mayweather was simply toying with the YouTube sensation in the eight round affair.

While it looked like Paul may be stepping away from the squared circle for good, he’s used the anniversary of the Mayweather fight to tease a return to the combat field on Instagram.

“One year ago today, I fought Moyd Fayweather. He’s hard to hit, but even harder to collect money from. Who should I fight next?”

As well as being a famous YouTuber, Logan Paul is building up a handful of other ventures for himself away from boxing.

His Impaulsive podcast continues to thrive, he’s in a Prime sports drink partnership with former foe KSI, and he even put on an impressive display under the WWE umbrella at WrestleMania 38 earlier this year.

There are certainly controversies associated with him as a result of previous actions but in the present day, he looks to be going from strength to strength.
