Celtic once broke out in a cold sweat at the thought of taming Lions on their home patch but their hex away to Livingston has been ended.

And now it would be a seismic shock if David Martindale's side bared their teeth as they sit on the verge of relegation to the Championship. The champions will return to the Premiership summit with a win a week before their Premiership title blockbuster away to Rangers at Ibrox.

Livingston are 10 points adrift and it feels like their top flight end game is nearing but a win against Brendan Rodgers' side would rock their world and give them something to fight for in the final weeks of the season. Martindale still believes but the miracle can only happen if results are found.

Celtic were finding form and goals before the break and Rodgers will be itching for that to continue in West Lothian as goals could prove pivotal with so little to split themselves and Rangers at the summit.
