The final day of the 2021-22 Premier League campaign is almost upon us and it has the potential to be one of the most dramatic ends to a season ever.
There’s so much up for grabs: Manchester City or Liverpool will be crowned champions, Tottenham or Arsenal will secure a top-four finish, Manchester United and West Ham battle it out for sixth place, while Everton, Leeds United or Burnley will be relegated.
