Live updates as WRU in front of Senedd committee to explain scandal
Welsh Rugby Union chairman Ieuan Evans and acting CEO Nigel Walker today appear before the Senedd's Culture, Communications, Welsh Language, Sport, and International Relations Committee.
The WRU chiefs will be asked to give further details around the allegations that rocked the union last week following the broadcast of a BBC Wales investigation. They are also also set to explain more about the scope and plan for the external taskforce that has been set up to look into what has gone wrong within the organisation.
A number of former employees came forward to allege they witnessed or experienced sexism, misogyny and racism while working there. The fallout has since seen CEO Steve Phillips resign.

On Wednesday evening, the union announced radical proposals to transform the game's governance, including the appointment of at least five women to the WRU board. The plans will be voted on by clubs at an EGM in March.
The meeting is due to begin at 9.30am and you can follow live updates below.
