Live updates as police seal off road in Swansea city centre
The police and fire services are responding to an incident in Swansea. A cordon has been set up at the junction of St Helen's Avenue and St Helen's Road in Brynmill, opposite Joe's Ice Cream Parlour.
A bystander said the police cordon was set up between 3.45pm and 4.15pm. Emergency services have been contacted for further comment.
