Live updates as bomb disposal team arrive in Llanelli street cordoned off by police

Police have cordoned off a residental street in Llanelli and a bomb disposal team are there.

Three police vehicles sit around the cordon in Alban Road, between James Street and Glanella Road.

An eyewitness said police were not currently disclosing the cause of the incident.

Seven residential homes are within the cordon.
