LIVE: Train from Manchester crashes into tractor with passengers injured - updates
A train has collided with a tractor at a level crossing while travelling from Manchester to Cardiff.
Ambulance crews are in attendance at the scene near Leominster in Herefordshire, with six people understood to have been injured in the incident.
Police have confirmed that there were 66 people on board the train, and travel on the line has been halted.
Dramatic images from the scene show the extent of the damage, with the front of the train crumpled from the force of the impact.
A Transport for Wales spokesperson said: "Due to a train striking a vehicle at Leominster all lines are on stop in the area, emergency road transport has been requested and is being sourced. Disruption is expected to continue into this evening."

National Rail confirmed that buses are currently being organised for passengers.
On its website, National Rail said: "Transport for Wales are currently organising buses to remain on standby at Newport, Hereford and Shrewsbury to assist customers to complete journeys where possible at no extra cost."
Passengers are also advised that more information will be provided "once confirmed."
