LIVE traffic and delay updates on M62, M60, M6, M61, M67, M56 and M66

It's a new week in Greater Manchester and traffic is set to be busy on the roads through Monday morning rush-hour.

The usual motorways in our region, such as the M62, M60 and M61, are set to be busy, while main roads through the city centre and town centres across the boroughs may also be congested. We will be keeping an eye on the roads throughout today (Monday, October 23) on this blog.

Any crashes, delays, roadworks or congestion will be reported below. This will include updates on the M62, M60, M6, M61, M67, M56, M66 and other motorways across our region.

According to traffic alert service Inrix, here are the current issues on the roads this morning, at 7.30am:

M60 - GREATER MANCHESTER - CLOCKWISE - Slow traffic on M60 clockwise at J24 A57 (Denton Island).

M61 - GREATER MANCHESTER - SOUTHBOUND - Usual delays on M61 Southbound at J1 M60 (Swinton Interchange). Travel time is 15 minutes.

A575 WALKDEN ROAD AND A572 LEIGH ROAD - WORSLEY - GREATER MANCHESTER - Usual slow traffic on A575 Walkden Road and A572 Leigh Road at M60 J13. Travel time is 15 minutes.

M67 - GREATER MANCHESTER - WESTBOUND - Usual slow traffic on M67 Westbound at M60 (Denton Island).

A57 REGENT ROAD AND M602 - SALFORD - INBOUND - GREATER MANCHESTER - Slow traffic on A57 Regent Road
