LIVE: Nature reserve in Salford cordoned off with police on the scene - latest updates

A nature reserve in Salford has been cordoned off by police this morning.

Officers are currently on the scene of an incident on the Kersal Wetlands. According to an eyewitness, several entrances to the reserve, which is off Littleton Road, are cordoned off.

The nature of the incident has not yet been confirmed. Greater Manchester Police have been contacted for further information.
