LIVE M60 updates amid long rush-hour delays following crash

Lanes on the M60 motorway have been closed after a crash said to involve two lorries and a car.

Rush-hour motorists are facing delays on Thursday morning as a result.

Two lanes are closed, with emergency services said to be on the scene in the Salford area.

Reports by National Highways say there is 'seven miles of congestion' back to Heywood on the M62.

Traffic reports suggest long queues building in the Worsley area, with knock-on delays likely to impact the East Lancashire Road in Salford.

The collision has happened from junction 14, for the East Lancs Road to junction 13, for the A572 Worsley Brow.
