Live M4 live updates as obstruction causes hour-long delays

A broken down vehicle is causing major delays on the M4 on Thursday morning. There are hour-long delays on the motorway near Newport.

Traffic monitors are showing that the eastbound carriageway is partially blocked at junction 25 Caerleon near Newport. Cameras show very heavy congestion in the area and two lanes blocked.
