LIVE: Coldplay add second Cardiff show due to overwhelming demand as 312,000 join Ticketmaster queue

Coldplay have added an extra Cardiff show to their world tour following incredible demand. The band have also added a fourth date to their Manchester appearances too amid huge online queues this morning.

As tickets went on sale at 10am this morning (August 25) more than 312,000 fans joined the online queue via Ticketmaster for the Cardiff, June 6 show alone. It was a similar story for the Manchester dates at the Etihad Stadium on May 31, 2023 and June 1, 2023.

Coldplay will play at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on June 6 as well as Manchester's Etihad Stadium for two nights on May 31 and June 1. Tickets are expected to sell out quickly for these dates as they are the only other UK dates which forms part of their world tour next year.
