Live as Boris Johnson faces questions on Sue Gray, Ukraine, cost of living and levelling up at PMQs
Boris Johnson is facing more tough questions in the Commons as pressure on his premiership continues in the wake of the Sue Gray investigation.
Mr Johnson will be quizzed by Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer at Prime Minister's Questions at noon today (Wednesday, February 2) amid more allegations suggesting he attended as many as six events that are being looked into by police.
Senior Conservative and former minister Tobias Ellwood MP today added to the pressure on the PM by saying he would submit a formal letter saying he has no confidence in Mr Johnson.
Meanwhile, tensions remain in Ukraine where there are fears of a Russian invasion.
Speaking at a press conference in Ukraine on Tuesday, the Prime Minister suggested that Russia wants to “redraw the security map of Europe” with its threat to Ukraine, warning that Europe is in a “critical” moment.
