LIVE: Air ambulance lands with street and pub taped off following serious incident in north Manchester - updates

An air ambulance has landed with a street taped off following a serious incident in north Manchester this evening (June 8).

Police and paramedics are in attendance on Nevin Road in the New Moston area with a large cordon in place amid ongoing enquiries.

There is also a cordon outside the nearby Fairway Inn pub.

An air ambulance helicopter was also scrambled to the scene and landed in Nuthurst Park earlier this afternoon.
